notAI Terms of Service

1. Definitions

  1. "The Service": Refers to the illustration communication service "notAI".
  2. "User": Refers to all individuals who use the Service.
  3. "Posted Illustration": Refers to the illustration works posted by users on the Service.
  4. "AI-generated Illustration": Refers to illustration works automatically generated using artificial intelligence.
  5. "The Company": Refers to the operating company of notAI that provides the Service.

2. Accounts

  1. Users can register an account for the Service by verifying their phone number.
  2. When registering an account, users must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information.
  3. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account information.
  4. The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete an account without prior notice if a user violates these Terms of Service.

3. Posting

  1. Users shall not post AI-generated illustrations on the Service.
  2. Users are required to attach a video demonstrating the creation process of their posted illustrations.
  3. When posting illustrations that require age restrictions (R18, R18G, etc.), appropriate tagging must be used, and age restrictions for viewers must be set.
  4. Derivative work illustrations should be posted within an appropriate scope, following the policies of the original work's rights holder.
  5. The copyright of posted illustrations belongs to the user who created them.
  6. Users should strive to provide constructive and respectful comments on other users' posted illustrations.
  7. The Company has the authority to delete posted illustrations without notice if they are deemed to be in violation of these Terms of Service.

4. Prohibited Acts

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  1. Posting AI-generated illustrations
  2. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of others
  3. Impersonation or spamming
  4. Posting offensive, discriminatory, or obscene expressions
  5. Violating laws or public order and morality
  6. Interfering with or potentially interfering with the operation of the Service

5. Penalties

  1. The Company may take measures such as warnings, temporary suspension, or deletion of accounts against users who violate these Terms of Service.
  2. In cases of malicious violations, the account may be deleted immediately.
  3. Violating posted illustrations will be hidden or deleted.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. The copyright of posted illustrations belongs to the user who created them.
  2. Users agree that the Company may use posted illustrations for purposes such as operation, promotion, and improvement of functions of the Service.
  3. Users guarantee that their posted illustrations do not infringe upon the rights of third parties when posting on the Service.

7. Disclaimer

  1. The Company strives to provide accurate information regarding the Service to the extent possible but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information.
  2. The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from the interruption, suspension, change, or alteration of the content of the Service.
  3. The Company is not responsible for any troubles between users or disputes with third parties.
  4. The Company is not responsible for the content of illustrations posted by users.

8. Miscellaneous

  1. Revision of Terms The Company may revise these Terms of Service as necessary. The revised terms shall take effect from the time they are displayed on the Service.
  2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service shall be interpreted based on Japanese law, and any disputes related to these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
