Restrictions for Wholesome Expression in Specific Countries and Regions

When using our service, please comply with the laws and regulations of each country and region. Violation of these rules is prohibited when using our service. The following are representative examples of prohibited acts, and our company may determine other acts to be prohibited. Additionally, these restrictions may be subject to change based on our company's judgment in response to social conditions and legal revisions.

United States

  1. Content Involving the Exploitation of Minors

    • Publishing content related to the exploitation of individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in regions where it is above 18), whether it be real or AI-generated.
    • Publishing content that appears to depict minors engaging in explicit bestiality, sadistic or masochistic abuse, or sexual acts.

  2. Non-Consensual Sexual Acts and Violent Content

    • Publishing content (whether verbal or written) depicting non-consensual sexual acts (including deepfake images), revenge porn, threats, snuff, torture, death, violence, incest, racism, or hate speech.

  3. Inappropriate Content

    • Publishing content that promotes obscenity, illegality, wrongdoing, defamation, libel, abuse, extremism, privacy violations, harassment, hatred, racially or ethnically offensive acts, criminal acts, unlawful acts, violations of laws and regulations, or other inappropriate acts.

  4. Content Violating Obscenity Regulations

    • Publishing content that appeals to prurient interests, content that is patently offensive by the standards of the user's community, content that lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value, or other content that violates applicable obscenity regulations.

United Kingdom

  1. Content Involving the Exploitation of Minors

    • Publishing content related to the exploitation of individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in regions where it is above 18), whether it be real or AI-generated.
    • Publishing content that appears to depict minors engaging in explicit bestiality, sadistic or masochistic abuse, or sexual acts.

These individual terms and conditions will come into effect on May 27, 2024.
